Hanuman Dand February Flow
introduced me to this Hanuman Dand move, so I worked it into a flow for my warm up this morning. It's a dynamic down dog lizard, press up to up dog combo. added some corkscrew, three leg dog, splits, side crow and figure 4 crow. Nice and warm for the gym.
