Handstands, crow and gym training
Today was a gym day with my partner and son. Feeling strong with my main lifts. 🏋🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️handstands to finish, and then followed with crow and paralettes at home. Ended with stubbing my toe 😭 so will have to work around that with whatever I decide to do tomorrow
