Handstand progress
Ahhh I think I've nearly cracked it! Two things I've tried.. the first is practicing as told me regarding falling out of a handstand. Its clear to me I'm cautious about it so the cushion helps. But also, when I kick up, I need to put my shoulders over my wrists more than I think I'm doing!
