This week’s challenge is a weird one 😆
You have to do 1 different mobility stretch or position every day…
But you are NOT allowed to do it on the ground.
That means:
• no floor pancake
• no floor pike
• no sitting stretches on the ground
• no lying down and pretending that counts 👀
You have to find a way to do your mobility somewhere else.
Examples:
• on a couch
• on stairs
• on a chair
• on a bench
• at a desk
• on a counter
• hanging from something
• anywhere random and creative
