Day 2, Week 3 Training Plan
Felt a bit fatigued this morning, I guess I wasn’t completely over the flu yet. Whoopsie. Still managed to get through most of this but stopped where energy was like mmm nope.
FLOW
10 shoulder bands
5 single good AM
5 jefferson curls
STRENGTH
10 cossack squats
❌10 hang knee raises - skipped for today
10 l-sit "V" leg lifts
30 glute bridges
60 sec hang - just did 20secs instead
EDIT
Felt heaps better this evening and did some cardio in the backyard and those 10 hanging knee raises ✅ listening to my body with when to rest but also determined to kick this sickness completely off.
