I’m 168cm / 5’6” and I have to JUMP to get on this taller bar at my local outdoor gym. I stayed on for 3 seconds today tho haha as opposed to barely holding onto it for 1 second earlier this week. The lower one I can reach, and did 18 seconds on that today yay!
