Removing field values of cloned issues?
This seems like it should be straightforward and maybe I'm just missing a field setting. We have a custom automation that populates the "First Response Comment" (public / agent added) on an issue.
If that issue gets cloned, that field value carries over to the cloned issue and we don't want it to. Is there an easy automation I can setup to check when a work item is created, if it was cloned, and then if so, set that field to blank?
