Which setting is to be adjusted, as for CarSales JSM team to be able to add or adjust participants. I've opened the site, I've opened the JSM, I think it's under security scheme, this setting. And what role would I need to give them? For the moment two have servicedesk Agent, as they work with me. I have admin on the whole thing. But when these two try add a colleague or external email, it blanks out, for some reason. I will be checking the.permission helper later on. And I am going thru some more admin portal settings. Any advise? -Anyone can raise a ticket for carsale insurance quote (via email) -This anyone is adding his family. We want to sometimes change participants and or requester.
