It's come to my attention the org-admin group membership no longer grants/remove the org-admin role. Atlassian change comms does not include the reason "Why" this change has/is getting rolled-out? Any thoughts/guesses what the logical reason might be? The group never bugged me, what has always bugged me is that one can't grant and manage the org-admin role membership from my IDP group. Feels like I'm even worse off now from governance perspective. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/discussion/3287720/coming-soon-use-direct-assignment-for-organization-admin-access

I have not deep dived fully yet in the world of the Business Space, but I'm aware of it, which is causing doubt for me. I'm starting fresh with a setup for Large Construction Programme and Project Managers, and the cross-space/functional delivery teams and I'm wondering if I should pivot to Business spaces, or stick with Software spaces which I know well and have used succesfully in the past. The use case is a construction cross-functional teams involved in the full life cycle incl planning, pre-construction, build and handover. Keen to hear thoughts, which type is your go-to for this use case, and main reason why?

@Josh Golosinskiy , I made it to your webinar this morning, it was really good! Just based on this video and the "Stop Asking 'What's the Status'" video, I think we can improve our environment and make it more efficient. Thanks for your time to do this and share it.
