A Fun Game!
Hey everyone, First, I want to welcome all the new folks that have joined recently! Welcome to the Atlassian Everything community!!!! Next up, who is up for a challenge???? I have a few vouchers for Atlassian certifications that are valued at 250 USD. I'd like to give them to you, but here's the catch . . . because there's always a catch right???? If you refer 15 people to the Atlassian Everything community, I'll send you a voucher. I only have a limited amount available ~10, so don't sleep on this. How do you refer someone? That's easy. Each and everyone of you have access to the Members tab. Go to the Members Tab and then click on the INVITE button. This will be your unique invite link. Copy that link and post it on social or send to your friends and colleagues. When someone joins using your link, I get notified. I'll tally up and if you hit 15 invitees, then I'll DM you the voucher. Make sure they use your link so you can get credit!!! If they don't use your link, I no credit will be given as this is all automatic by using your personalized link. Easy right???? Remember, I only have a limited amount, so once they are gone, they'll be gone!! Thank you all for being a part of this community and let's see if we can get 300 people in by the end of January?????? P.S. if someone you refer joins our paid membership tiers, you get 30% of their fee. So, nice little side hustle if you wanted to start one today!!
JSM emailed requests - best practices
We’re planning to set up a Jira Service Management (JSM) project to handle internal (business) requests in a standardized way. Today, these requests come through a shared mailbox ( Shared mailbox is Microsoft 365 outlook.), but as the team has grown it’s no longer sufficient for tracking ownership, prioritization, reporting, or SLAs. Question: What’s the recommended/best-practice approach for setting up JSM for internal requests? Set up email forward rule ? or add external email address ? What are the prerequisites, if we need to add shared mailbox as " add external email" ?? Common pitfalls when moving from email to JSM If you’ve done something similar, please help share your ideas. Thanks in advance!!!
Rovo Agent Examples
Hi everyone, Has anyone built any useful Rovo Agents? Would love to hear about your use cases.
New site or cleanup?
What's your preferred way of work? Especially for work or Atlassian Jira, when you inherit it all from prior colleagues. :) You like to set up everything anew and customize from there, or you rather organise, cleanup and optimise the inherited "mess"? :)
