9km Progressive Run
An unplanned Birmingham route probably wasn’t the best idea but still felt good. Second week on the runna plan in prep for next month’s Hyrox with @Andrea Gennuso 2km at a conversational pace 2.5km at 5:35/km 2.5km at 5:10/km 2km at 5:00/km

the running 4 x a week is definitely helping! seeing a lot more speed on my 200m runs and the burpees- wall balls are still horrendous lol

Minute 1 12 calories @ strong but smooth pace (≈ 7–8/10) Minute 2 - 8 calories @ moderate pace - Focus on tall posture + clean rhythm Repeat for 10 minutes (5 rounds)

5:51 average pace meant to be an easy run so took it slow ish for the fist 3 but felt good so pushed for a quicker pace for the last 3 and got my second fastest time for a 5k so not too shabby
