ITS YOUR TIME TO SPEAK UP ❤️‍🔥✨🐉
WHAT SHOULD WE PRACTICE TOGETHER AS A GROUP? I’ve been thinking about ways we can make this community more interactive and experiential, not just a place where information flows one direction. One idea I’m considering is a Weekly Challenge. Every Sunday, I post a practice for the week. Then we try it during the week and come back Saturday to talk about what we experienced. Nothing that requires everyone to sign on at the same time. Just something we can practice together and reflect on together. Some ideas that came to mind: • A 24-hour fast • Setting a clear intention for the week • A half day of silence • A group guided meditation • Doing the 21-Day Breathwork Challenge together and sharing our experiences • A group intro to meditation class, then checking in weekly about progress • Optional one-on-one coaching or meditation guidance, then discussing insights as a group The idea is simple: practice something together, then talk about what actually happened internally. What did you notice? What was hard? What helped? I’d love to hear your ideas. What kinds of weekly challenges or practices would you want to do together as a group? 🐉

✝️ About Me 🕉️
Hello everyone, my name is Steven. I am an Ananda-certified meditation instructor and a SOMA Breathwork Facilitator (Level 1 at the time of this writing). Achievingour God-Given potential and realizing our inner power is my passion. I spent much of my life feeling helpless and weak, and now that I've discovered the wisdom that is in the yogic traditions from the Masters, this is my passion— to help us all experience the joy of divine nearness, and personal empowerment. This is what I am inviting you into. Dragons symbolize Spiritual awakening, personal empowerment, and the guarding of esoteric truths and abilities for those that are ready at the right time. ✨🐉 WHAT I BELIEVE ✨🐉 I was raised in an Evangelical Christian home. I’ve always been deeply spiritual, and Jesus has been one of my greatest teachers — someone I still revere today as one of my two top gurus. But growing up, I also experienced profound doubts and questions. I began a long journey of discovery that led me to a much bigger understanding of God and the universe than religion alone could offer me. Despite years of studying Christian apologetics, certain things were simply not reconcilable. Over time, I transitioned from Evangelical Christianity… to Christian Mysticism, Kriya Yoga, and Buddhism — especially the Tibetan, Chinese, and Japanese traditions. I’ve been studying Kriya Yoga through Ananda, the organization created by Swami Kriyananda, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda — both of whom are very dear to my heart. I expect to be Kriya-initiated around September 2026, which will only deepen the fire and passion I bring to Ascending Dragons. ✨🐉MY SPIRITUAL AWAKENING✨🐉 My spiritual awakening began in May 2024. It was mind-blowing and soul-expanding — the kind of experience that makes a single year feel like ten. My entire inner universe changed. Guided by the wisdom of near-death experiences and my Kriya Yoga journey, I finally found the answers I had been searching for — answers that resonated deeply with my spirit. I discovered a God of unconditional love, and the hidden truth that we are all children of the Divine, each on a soul-journey of learning and experience.

Let’s begin. 🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉 --- ✨ Start Here (Strongly Recommended) (1) FREE 21-Day Nervous System Upgrade The 21-Day Nervous System Upgrade is the most supportive way to prepare your body, breath, and awareness for meditation and breathwork. It is especially helpful if: - You feel unsure or overwhelmed - Meditation feels difficult or stressful - You want a grounded, confidence-building entry point - You want breathwork to feel smoother and more enjoyable This protocol develops somatic awareness, mindful breathing, and foundational pranayama, which greatly enhances both meditation and breathwork practices. While it is possible to go straight into breathwork and progress through consistency and breath-hold practice, most people benefit greatly from completing the 21-Day protocol first, as it builds the physiological and psychological stability that allows deeper states to arise more naturally. What it gives you: - A calmer, more regulated nervous system - Improved breath control & CO₂ tolerance - Better emotional regulation - Greater comfort in stillness - A daily ritual that builds momentum and confidence Structure (21 minutes per day for 21 days): - 🐉 7 min — Buteyko / CO₂ tolerance training - 🐦‍🔥 7 min — Resonance breathing (4–6 pattern) - 🦄 7 min — Box breathing(progressing weekly: 4–4–4–4 → 6–6–6–6 → 8–8–8–8) This prepares your brain, heart, emotions, and nervous system for deeper meditation and breathwork, while also providing immediate benefits in calm, clarity, and emotional balance. 🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉🐉 (2) --- 🌬️ Free SOMA Breath Recording (Try It for Yourself)
MOVING MOUNTAINS — The Divine Calling For Us To Embody Divine Power, Not Just Love
The Divine Quality Most Christians Never Experience For those who don’t know me, there is one particular aspect of the Divine experience that I never truly encountered during all my years in Evangelical Christianity. I only discovered it after I was willing to step outside the mold of traditional Evangelical thinking. Once you step outside of it, you begin to see how tightly the Divine relationship is controlled by institution, vernacular, and tradition. That Divine quality is power. --- The Divine Qualities Of The Soul In the yogic teachings, the Divine qualities mirror what the Bible teaches about the nature of God and the fruits of the Spirit. But they are often condensed into eight primary attributes: Love, Light, Wisdom, Joy, Peace, Power, Calmness, And Sound. Under each of these are many expressions. For example: Under love is forgiveness. Under power is self-control and spiritual strength. Under joy is laughter and enthusiasm. My guru, Paramahansa Yogananda, taught me the value of embodying fortitude, divine will, and spiritual power through meditation. --- The Missing Discipline In Modern Christianity And honestly, this is something most modern Christianity simply does not teach. Instead, what we often get is a kind of designer spirituality — Sunday talk therapy with maybe a 10-minute morning reading… otherwise largely devoid of disciplined spiritual practice. You know I’m right lol. But real transformation comes through concentration, meditation, and the integration of divine qualities into our awareness. It happens when the heart and mind agree. Belief in the mind. Conviction in the heart. When those two align, real change begins. --- What Jesus Actually Taught About Faith This is exactly what Jesus was pointing to. In the Gospel of Matthew he says that if you believe and do not doubt, you can say to this mountain, “Move,” and it will move. Truly, nothing will be impossible for you. This same conviction and faith is what the great spiritual masters of history embodied.

MOVING MOUNTAINS — The Divine Calling For Us To Embody Divine Power, Not Just Love
WHY YOUR LIKES AND DISLIKES ARE QUIETLY DISTORTING YOUR REALITY✨🐉
Did you know that all your branding, all your likes and dislikes, all your notions and preferences about how things should be — can quietly distort your perception and slow down your spiritual progress? The moment we dig in our heels and say: “I believe this.” “I don’t like that.” “I agree with this.” “I reject that.” …we start building walls inside the mind. And what we are essentially saying to God, to truth itself, is something like this: “Give me what I already agree with. Everything else, push it away.” But what if wisdom, clarity, nuance, and deeper understanding are hiding inside the very things we currently disagree with? If we cling too tightly to our preferences, we risk choosing comfort over truth. We risk choosing ego over insight. --- --- THE PATH OF CLARITY This is not the path of enlightenment. This is not the path of intuition. This is not the path of self-realization. If you truly want to see clearly, if you are hungry for truth — hungry enough to become a little uncomfortable — then a different approach is required. Observe. Without judgment. Without immediately sorting everything into “like” or “dislike.” Because the moment judgment quiets down, something extraordinary happens. Perception deepens. Intuition awakens. Truth becomes easier to recognize. --- --- THE SCIENCE OF SELF-REALIZATION This is why I wish everyone could learn yoga. And no, I don’t mean the poses (although those are great). I mean the science of yoga — the path of self-realization described by the great masters. Starting with Patanjali and the Yoga Sutras, which laid the foundations for understanding the mind and transcending the ego. In the yogic tradition, yoga literally means union with the Divine. Through meditation and inner discipline, you begin learning how to create a little space between you and the constant noise of the mind. That space is where clarity begins. I personally learn from the Kriya Yoga tradition of Yogananda, which teaches very practical methods for calming the mind and awakening deeper perception.
