Testimonials & Experiences (21 Day Reset | SOMA Breath | A.D. Meditation)
Hey guys I appreciate your patience with this new endeavor. Here's a space for us to talk about our experiences with my 21 day reset, meditation program (especially the first free class) and then SOMA breath (which I didn't create). You can comment with a testimony, your experience, what went well, what didn't, or even feedback or questions for guidance. Thanks! I'll probably also think of some weekly challenges we can do collectively. --- So let me go first. As some of you know, I’ve been practicing Kriya Yoga and meditation for a couple of years now. What I’ve always loved about Kriya is how simple the techniques are — yet how directly they work with energy. That’s why Yogananda called it the “airplane route to God.” It’s efficient. It’s powerful. It’s focused. I’ve also been practicing pranayama and breathwork consistently during that time. Because of that, the 21-Day Reset is actually more beginner to intermediate for me — but still extremely effective, even as an advanced meditator. Personally, I use it throughout my day as part of my regulation practice. I work in home health care, so I might do one exercise (about 7 minutes) between patients, or I’ll do the full 21 minutes on a break. It’s an incredible way to ground yourself, direct your mind, and calm your nervous system in real time. As far as SOMA Breath — it’s the best modality I’ve experienced for a premium somatic bliss state. It’s amazing. The combination of visualization, chanting, and breathwork really amplifies hormonal expression in the body. It’s a full-body experience. Truly. But it does take practice — especially the breath holds — which is why the 21-Day Reset is such a great preparation tool. Regarding my meditation program, I can only really speak to the Kriya path. I teach it in a very practical way (because in my opinion, some of Yogananda’s organizations can be a bit too rigid). Kriya is incredibly powerful and beautifully simple. That said — I do think it requires maturity. The energetic shifts can be strong. For someone younger, or someone without grounding and clarity, it could be overwhelming if not integrated properly. Energy practices aren’t a toy.

It is especially helpful if: - You feel unsure or overwhelmed - Meditation feels difficult or stressful - You want a grounded, confidence-building entry point - You want breathwork to feel smoother and more enjoyable This protocol develops somatic awareness, mindful breathing, and foundational pranayama, which greatly enhances both meditation and breathwork practices. WHY YOUR LIKES AND DISLIKES ARE QUIETLY DISTORTING YOUR REALITY✨🐉
Did you know that all your branding, all your likes and dislikes, all your notions and preferences about how things should be — can quietly distort your perception and slow down your spiritual progress? The moment we dig in our heels and say: “I believe this.” “I don’t like that.” “I agree with this.” “I reject that.” …we start building walls inside the mind. And what we are essentially saying to God, to truth itself, is something like this: “Give me what I already agree with. Everything else, push it away.” But what if wisdom, clarity, nuance, and deeper understanding are hiding inside the very things we currently disagree with? If we cling too tightly to our preferences, we risk choosing comfort over truth. We risk choosing ego over insight. --- --- THE PATH OF CLARITY This is not the path of enlightenment. This is not the path of intuition. This is not the path of self-realization. If you truly want to see clearly, if you are hungry for truth — hungry enough to become a little uncomfortable — then a different approach is required. Observe. Without judgment. Without immediately sorting everything into “like” or “dislike.” Because the moment judgment quiets down, something extraordinary happens. Perception deepens. Intuition awakens. Truth becomes easier to recognize. --- --- THE SCIENCE OF SELF-REALIZATION This is why I wish everyone could learn yoga. And no, I don’t mean the poses (although those are great). I mean the science of yoga — the path of self-realization described by the great masters. Starting with Patanjali and the Yoga Sutras, which laid the foundations for understanding the mind and transcending the ego. In the yogic tradition, yoga literally means union with the Divine. Through meditation and inner discipline, you begin learning how to create a little space between you and the constant noise of the mind. That space is where clarity begins. I personally learn from the Kriya Yoga tradition of Yogananda, which teaches very practical methods for calming the mind and awakening deeper perception.
