Thanks to inspire me on the accountability. One reflection: I tend to score myself in the middle. I think I need to change my way and be more decisive so the impact can be measured.
One funny thing is that the one thing impacting my teachers is online learning… which is the 6weks challenge classes. When I miss the live my only window is at night after dinner, so screen +excitement+ no time for proper wind down, the perfect trio for trouble!
Anyway I wanted to share that I am very focused on my wind down and morning routine and it’s getting better. I go to bed earlier even with the additional wind down and I scroll less. I picked myself saying wow it 6:30pm I finished my work day and it’s the first time I scroll on my phone. Win win win.
But on the other hand I fall again on my bad habits: I when I prep my meal partially, I eat whatever when it not ready. Or when I batch cook I end up eating it all!!! I need to push through that and sort it out!
So from today I will post on my eating until I get to a stable routine! Thanks for reading
