Welcome, Emma! Is there a park with brave squirrels that come to eat nuts from visitors' hands, in Chester? I think I came there with my friends when we were traveling Europe with the old inter rail train ticket in 1999 or 2000..! Concerning what you want from ADHD Harmony, I've just finished the 1st cohort of the program and it's been amazing, the tips I got really changed my life (more energy and ability to face life's issues, more clarity and productivity, better sleep, more physical fitness and well-being) and the AI is amazing, it's hard for me to describe how helpful it was and still is! It's completely different from the other 2 I had tried so far!
