Day 1 Report
Great first day i like how Jim is using AI for coursework but also how he is mixing science and other things like Quantum. I have been studying Dr. Joe Dizpensa and did one of his courses which matches alot with what Jim is saying, like you don't meditate on something like futureself but change your mind body etc in order to become a new version of yourself everyday. So the loop @Jim Ebbelaar talked about made perfect sense to me. Look forward to tomorrows session and I can say the first 3 questions were interesting could probably have given an essay on each question based on my experience. Would love to hear every bodies insights from todays assignment. My small open loop task is relisting an advertisement for my car been open for 4 weeks ouch..

Completed day 1 woohoo
My biggest insight today was that I might have a chance at a life that actually works for me rather than against me. My open loop was make that appointment and at the moment I still feel nervous and a bit excited at the same time one half of me wants to find out more and the other half wants to run 🏃‍♀️, but im determined to stick with this as im also curious 😅 ☺️

Better sleep
Thought I would share a tip that I've found for better sleep if you are sensitive to sound. I used to wake up all through the night to every little sound. I invested in some Loop earplugs and now sleep like a baby. I use them every night and especially if I go camping. You can even get ones you can wear to concerts and places where there is a lot of noise and you can still hear everything and talk, they just lower the decibels. They look super cool and fit so nicely in your ear and I am also a side sleeper and they don't bother me. I am super sensitive to noise and these have changed everything for me. I recommend them to everyone!💖 There are heaps to choose from, so I use Quiet2 for sleep (they are completely rubber so good for side sleeping). I also have the Experience2 for when I’m out or I need a backup for sleeping. You can also put a little plugs in them to decrease the decibel level that can get in.
