Ikigai

Return to this when you feel deflated or lost. This is your compass. Wow my ikigai makes sense and I am not far off! I am a Consulting engineer that help Clients engineer their risk: we need to find ways that are compatible with their operations and efficient per the research I base my assessment on. My colleagues my friends tend to share with me their struggles. And I have been told countless times I am a great listener and that I have good wisdom! I am drawn to having deep conversations to change the world! Now I just need to find more ways to express my ikigai in my life!

Ok let’s be honest here. What I am doing is not what I want. I don’t know why I am doing this… I prepared my meal plan, I prepared my strategy for my travel I even prepared my snack to be able to apply my strategy. And did I do? Alcohol every day, eat too much, eat sugar. I found the perfect program tha gives me 5 meals a day and keep me satiated, but you know what this week I just threw everything out the window! Boo So I will start again and succeed next week! See you then for some accountability stuff
Accountability
Thanks @Dario Costa to inspire me on the accountability. One reflection: I tend to score myself in the middle. I think I need to change my way and be more decisive so the impact can be measured. One funny thing is that the one thing impacting my teachers is online learning… which is the 6weks challenge classes. When I miss the live my only window is at night after dinner, so screen +excitement+ no time for proper wind down, the perfect trio for trouble! Anyway I wanted to share that I am very focused on my wind down and morning routine and it’s getting better. I go to bed earlier even with the additional wind down and I scroll less. I picked myself saying wow it 6:30pm I finished my work day and it’s the first time I scroll on my phone. Win win win. But on the other hand I fall again on my bad habits: I when I prep my meal partially, I eat whatever when it not ready. Or when I batch cook I end up eating it all!!! I need to push through that and sort it out! So from today I will post on my eating until I get to a stable routine! Thanks for reading
