Day 14 of the challenge✅
I did this one in the afternoon and it feels so much better than in the evening😍 And after this challenge, I thought I could look at those meditations in the classroom first that I haven't listened to and maybe even repeat some of these from this course just to keep the habit🍀

Do so! There is heaps of guided sessions in the classroom (and session replays) for you to look over. And yeah, afternoons are great :)
Day 13
I’ve been doing lots of deep diving and although my practice is practice it’s not been the form of practice I intended to follow but just as life teaches us we just need to go with the flow and trust that we will get there eventually 🤷🏻‍♀️maybe 😉 I’m grateful for your space and know where and who to reach for when silent practice is perfect 💫🫶✨ Go well and 🌞Smile & Shine Always ✨

#15 Live Daily Meditation - Gratitude
Today we practiced 'Gratitude', followed by 10 minutes of silence. - Place your hand upon your heart and belly. Slowing down the breath. - Embrace the feelings of gratitude for the simple act of self soothing. - Bring to mind (and body) the image of a person, pet, or plant you are grateful for. - Extend this to your family, community, and world. Gratitude is an antidote to resentment, craving, anger, and jealously. Yes, the world is not perfect, but there is always something to be grateful for., even if it is just this next breath. #15 Live Daily Meditation - Gratitude
Day 13 of the challenge✅
I did this again in the evening and the main feeling that occurred when asked "what do you feel" was "I feel tired" 🤣 So I just noticed how tired I am and how this week was very fast-paced but I just sat with it. I feel like I made peace with it because I know it just takes some adjustment and then it's gonna be easier :) But next time I feel irritated, this should really help🤞🏼
