I’ve been doing lots of deep diving and although my practice is practice it’s not been the form of practice I intended to follow but just as life teaches us we just need to go with the flow and trust that we will get there eventually 🤷🏻♀️maybe 😉 I’m grateful for your space and know where and who to reach for when silent practice is perfect 💫🫶✨ Go well and 🌞Smile & Shine Always ✨
