Daily Meditation Session is happening in 12 hours
Day 16 of the challenge✅
I did this one so late today but I felt how badly I needed it🫠 This one minute habit building is how I managed to implement many of my daily habits which I now love🍀 I'm doing push ups and 10k steps every day for example and I'm loving it every day🤞🏼 I just keep adding things on this list and thinking nothing is impossible😅 So I love this "trend" ✨ Everything can be done if small enough for everyday implementation of it🍀
Day 12-16
After getting sick for a week I'm finally getting back on track. I mostly did gratitude meditations for the sick days and today I did a mindful walk. It was perfect after my sickness. Feeling all the things like doubled.✨

Part of today’s practice…
Serving where I’m needed, even with little time off lately because I chose to help during the staffing shortage🤷🏻‍♀️ And when that service kicks my butt a little… I go home and shift the energy. The home energy I mostly control. 😉 Well… except for the two fur friends we chose to love unconditionally. They generously provide lots of growth opportunities🫶just as long as I meet their attention quota at the exact moment they decide it’s required. 🤔🤪 To be fair… they’re a lot like me. Good food can definitely persuade us sometimes. 🐾✨

Day 15 of the challenge✅
Today the theme was mindful eating. I brought a cookie with no added sugar with me and ate it. I LOVE this one. I could eat 10 of them. But while I was eating it during this session I realised my stomach doesn't really like it (I have gastrointestinal issues and almost everything causes some pain, nausea or inflammation in me). And I'm already used to my stomach not liking anything that actually tastes good but this one lost some of its taste in my head while thinking this way🤣 Plus I'm obsessed with food and also have to finish an entire packet of whatever I started eating and can't stop but I'll try to observe that thought and see what happens :) I've been struggling with this for years and for the last couple of months it's been even more tense somehow so I hope this helps a little🤞🏼
#17 Live Daily Meditation - Vipassana
Today we practiced 'Vipassana' followed by 10 minutes of silence. - Begin with a mindful focus of the sensations of the breath at the nose. If your mind wanders, gently and lovingly bring it back. - Scan each part of the body, part by part, piece by piece, from head to toe (then toe to head). Not hoping to change, or alter, just accept what is arising - good, bad, blank, or otherwise. Vipassana is an advanced mindfulness practice that can help with mind body connection, integration, and healing. We sat in 'strong determination' that is without moving. This can cause pain and discomfort and your mind may wander to other parts of the body or to thoughts. If tolerable, push through the pain and feel it. Try and find the component parts that make up pain: pressure, movement, and other sensations. Feel it without judgement. It may pass. But if it becomes unbearable, simply shit your body, but do so slowly and mindfully. PS: daily replays can be found here
