I did this again in the evening and the main feeling that occurred when asked "what do you feel" was "I feel tired" 🤣 So I just noticed how tired I am and how this week was very fast-paced but I just sat with it. I feel like I made peace with it because I know it just takes some adjustment and then it's gonna be easier :) But next time I feel irritated, this should really help🤞🏼
