Introducing The Art Of Self-Connection Podcast - a series of interviews with members of the community, with a twist - you are invited to attend the live recording! 📌Why a podcast? This will be a way to get to know and celebrate you, explore what makes you tick, and form connections with the community. It will also be fun to have a deep dive chat! It will also be an opportunity to invite people from outside the community to join and attend as well (which will help grow the community and connect). 📌How to attend: In the calendar tab you will see the events as they are posted and are welcome to join. 📌Replays: I will collate all the recordings in the classroom tab so they are easily assessable, with bio's and links (if the guest wishes). I will also upload the audio to iTunes & Spotify so the episode can be shared etc. 📌Want to be interviewed? Suggest them here! 📌To access courses: In the classroom tab you will find a collection of courses that I have created to help people start on the journey of self-connection. You can access the 'Core Guided Meditation Collection' and the 30 day 'Cultivate A Daily Meditation Practice' course. More resources will unlock as members like your comments, so please connect, comment, and remember to like other people's comments to help them to unlock. 📌To see upcoming live calls and events: In the calendar tab you can see all of the scheduled events, you will also see the next event highlighted at the top of the home page and you will get an email the day before. Remember to add these to your diary. We want you to join in on theses calls! They are opportunities to speak face to face with each other and go deeper on our practice. Currently we have the following events: - Intuitive Guidance: a live deep healing meditation session - Coffee (or Tea!) catch up: a way to casually connect and chat - Co-working: A space to get some stuff done - Podcasts: Interviewing group members to get to know each other (dm me if you want to be interviewed!) 📌Invite people: If you know anyone who would be a good fit for the community, please invite them! Each session offers a short lesson, a guided practice, and a quick debrief to connect the experience with mindfulness and habit formation. By the end, you’ll have a solid routine and the core skills of mindfulness and habit building. I’m sharing it here for free because mindfulness is one of those foundational practices that genuinely helps everyone. Co-Working Is Here!
Happy to announce that we are adding co-working sessions to the community. If you are working from home and struggling to stay focused, need accountability or a bit of body doubling to get things done, join in. We start with a quick check-in, then settle into 50 minutes of focused work time. Cameras on is recommended, mics muted. We are starting small with limited times, but am happy to expand with interest - let me know some times that you would like! The idea for coworking came from @Freddi Saleeba & @Maria Phillips, they regularly catch up for sessions and wanted to extend it out. We figured that this would be a good space for it :)
