Need your opinion on "Niche is you" vs "Niche down"
Hi! Long time no see (hey Synthesizer School veterans!). After a long hiatus from posting content, I've taken the time to rediscover myself. Upon reflecting on my life's interests, I've identified three main passions: - Creating Music/Music Production - Spiritual Growth/Self-Development - Video Games/Collecting Currently, music production (and teaching it) is the only passion that generates income for me. I strongly feel compelled to share my knowledge, discoveries, and personal journey through content creation for various reasons, and I believe now is the right time to resume consistently posting YouTube videos (it's gonna be my 3rd attempt). The question I have for you is about the niche. A lot of you have seen the trendy approach "Niche is you" popularized by Dan Koe and shared by many other creators. But I can't imagine blending such disparate niches into one channel. The best idea I have is to create 3 different YouTube channels. The first channel would focus on music production, as it already serves me as a platform for selling my courses and coaching. The second and third channels would serve as hobbies, allowing me to share ideas and connect with like-minded individuals. What would you do in my shoes? When I'm too much in the music, I heavily miss Spiritual Growth and Video Games. Additionally, I lack connections with people who share these passions. I'm seeking advice because when I read others' perspectives on what they would do in my situation, I find clarity on what resonates with me and what doesn't. Thanks in advance for your perspectives!

Synthesizer Accelerator
ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS: To everyone who has access, you can find the Rapid Progress Protocol and Synthesizer Accelerator here --- ORIGINAL POST: Feel like you're not making progress in monetization/audience-growth as quickly as you'd like to? Enter: Synthesizer Accelerator (1 90min GROUP coaching call with me. You ask me whatever you want, I help you solve your problems and help you progress. It's group coaching, so you'll be able to hear everyone else's questions. Ask whatever you want... monetization, audience growth, synthesizing etc.) Price: $3 Free bonuses: 1. Diary of a Synthesizer (1 Loom video sharing what I've been working on, and some income generating opps I see) 2. Rapid Progress Protocol (Video of me explaining my best progress-making framework, which helped me make $1,000,000+) Why I'm making this: It feels like I've lost connection with Synthesizer School's most engaged members. This is a way for me to directly help the most engaged members of this community through a Zoom call where I can answer your questions. And a Loom video to share what I've been up to. This will be an experiment, please don't expect it to continue forever, or be frustrated if I only do one call. Timing: - This offer will be available for 48 hours - The first group call will be on the 22nd of December, to define your strategy for the new year. - The first Diary of a Synthesizer will be in the early new year, to share my strategy for the new year - The Rapid Progress Protocol will be available upon purchase (when we manually grant you access) How to join (VIDEO TUTORIAL): 1. Leave the Synthesizer School community (click settings, leave group) 2. When you rejoin, you'll see there's a $3/month option 3. Pay that 4. We'll manually grant you access to Synthesizer Accelerator within 24 hours 5. Cancel anytime in Skool settings

@Andrew Kirby hope you get some credit for it, first thing I was looking in the article was your name. Unfortunately it wasn’t there.
My great video idea become the greatest flop
Hi everyone! This is my first post but I want to share what I think happened to my great idea. Over the last month I watched and take notes of the 298 long form videos of Alex Hormozi to share in a video the best lessons. I took 248 pages of notes and my decision was to take the best lessons (202) and read it all one after another. This is the video of you want to watch it - https://youtu.be/CbofL2Q5HJ0 It only got 30 views… So, what happened? Thumbnail: I put a photo of me with Alex and the title “best 202 lessons”. I think that’s pretty much a lot of lessons. Also I have 7 subs so, my photo didn’t help. My lesson is to make a better hook with the text and just feature Alex to make social hacking. I changed the thumbnail to the actual version but YT didn’t gave me more impressions, and maybe the reason is… Video: just say 202 sentences one after another is boring, if I selected a topic to make a framework around it using Alex lessons maybe my video have had a chance to succeed because the avg was 53 seconds for a 30 minute video. Let me know what you think!

You did a great job, but your sound is clipping and sounds not very professional. There is lack of compression, room reverb can be heard. People usually tend to forgive bad video quality a lot easier than bad audio quality. I feel you, it could be very painful to have such hard lessons when you invest tons of time and then something doesn't click with the audience. Only patience, experience and practice will help with that. Keep it up!
