Hey everyone, this is Henry. Some of you may know me from Crust & Crumb Academy, but I’m here today to introduce my new school community, From Oven to Market. I sold bread at farmers markets and festivals for years, and I wrote a book about it too. Our mission here is simple: take the fear and confusion out of turning the bread you love to bake into a real business. In the coming weeks I’ll share more about how we approach this. When Hormozi came and a little after the hoby plan was implemented this place was bombing with a lot of people openning communities left and right, buying into the promisse that they could make a full living owning a community, maybe even becoming filthy rich like Hormozi himself. A year passed and the expectations are now closer to reality. The ones who stayed are the ones who have a more mature view on what it takes to build a business. And a big part of that is learning from your mistakes and getting guidance from people who know what you're going through. I was lost when I came here and @Shannon Boyer @Mona Weathers gave me some very honest feedback that put me in the right direction here at the classifieds. So eventually I decided to build a whole community around that, where everyone can participate. That feedback will take your head away from the clouds, from the delusions of hype, and will give you a realistic direction for you to follow. And there is no better place to do that than Roast & Promote! Here you will get real and honest feedback from other people who are just like you building their online living. And once you submit your request, I tag the most relevant people to check it. Feedback on your about page, on your website, on your copies and on your videos. You can also do market research and promote your work in several fun ways. And you are rewarded for helping others with personalized ads that are pinned at the very top of the community. The only thing that is missing there is you!
