Before You Create Another Offer, Read This
When you create a new offer, do you start with the idea… or the client journey? A course here. A workshop there. Maybe a membership. Maybe some 1:1. Individually, they might all be good. But together? They don’t connect.
When your offers don’t connect to the customer journey, selling feels harder than it should. Every time you promote something, you’re starting from scratch. There’s no natural next step, so you end up convincing instead of guiding.
Your audience has to figure out if it’s for them, if it’s too advanced, where they should start, and what happens after. Most people won’t do that mental work. If it’s confusing, they leave. And even if they buy once, they often disappear because you didn’t show them what comes next. That’s where revenue gaps come from.
That’s why building an offer stack matters. An offer stack isn’t just more offers. It’s a structured journey. It’s a set of solutions designed to meet people in the order they actually experience problems.
People don’t wake up ready for your highest level offer. They move through stages.
Awareness
“I think something isn’t working.”
Clarity
“What exactly is the problem?”
Initial Action
“Let me try something small.”
Commitment
“I’m ready for a real solution.”
Refinement and Growth
“I want better results, faster.”
If your offers match these stages, selling gets lighter because the next step feels obvious. If they don’t, you’ll be offering commitment to someone who still needs clarity, or beginner help to someone who’s ready to grow.
Offer stacking isn’t about building more. It’s about building in order. It starts with the client journey, not your ideas, not your pricing, and not what sounds exciting. If you don’t know what stage your ideal client is in, every offer will feel harder to sell because you’re speaking out of sequence. And sequence matters.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and actually structure your offers to support repeatable launches, come join us inside Offers To Launch and learn about offer stacking with the Offer Stacking 101 course. It’s one of many interactive courses in the classroom designed to help you think through this step-by-step.
Now tell me… when you’ve created offers in the past, did you start with the idea or the journey?
