Use Skool to 10X your mid & high ticket
In my first month, I generated more than 560 members with 0 followers on social media (I need to start posting there soon πŸ˜…), closing 10s of clients for my mid/high ticket combined. My thoughts so far: Double down on Skool & perhaps start running ads this month to it. I just uploaded a 1-hour video on YouTube explaining everything I did so far; you can find it here: https://youtu.be/vEA_GG59Fe0 You can find your free group here: skool.com/solopreneur

Crazy beta client success!
Morning Skoolers! Had a pretty epic phone call yesterday with a beta client who I've been working with for the last month.... *context* My community is all about helping college dropouts make their first 1k in business. So this guy is 23 and already had his own traditional brick and mortar business...but I knew him well and figured he'd be the perfect beta client to work with. So he agreed and we set a goal... His best month in business had made him just under 6k and he said he wanted to make 8k this month. So I said "Awesome! That's realistic, but lets set a stretch goal as well..." So we set a goal for 10k...which was huge for him Well he just hit 11k yesterday and there's still 5 days left in the month! It's such a rewarding feeling! And sharing that testimonial with my group is going to be epic! All we did was start advertising on FB, fix some things with his pricing, and get really accountable with putting the extra work in. Beta clients are such an epic way to get testimonials...and now he's talking about paying me! So now it's time to start making real sales... Anyone else have epic beta client success?

How I grew our paid Skool to 115 in a month
Less than a month ago, I launched a community to help people build their LinkedIn presence, attract the right audience, generate leads and sell more. I launched it at $9/mo, for the first 100 people but over a dozen people asked if they could join at $9/mo and I said, well, sure. Now, I'll increase the price to $49/mo once we reach 150 members. Here's how I did it, and how you can too: 1. Target the Right Crowd What I Did: Zoned in on LinkedIn professionals like coaches and CEOs interested in personal branding. What You Can Do: Define your ideal members. Where do they hang out online? Focus your efforts there. 2. Get Noticed What I Did: I tapped into my LinkedIn network where I've built up over 37K followers over four years. What You Can Do: Identify the platform where you already have a strong presence or where your target audience is most active. 3. Deliver Stand-Out Value What I Did: Offered free resources, coaching, and masterclasses that were typically behind a paywall. What You Can Do: Think about what unique value you can provide. Exclusive content? Expert sessions? Make it irresistible. 4. Create Urgency What I Did: Made it known that the $9/month fee would increase to $49/month after reaching 100 members. What You Can Do: Set a clear, compelling reason for people to join now rather than later. Limited spots, rising prices, or special founding member benefits work well. 5. Foster Community Spirit What I Did: Celebrated each new member and milestone, building an inclusive, buzzing community. What You Can Do: Engage with your members. Host welcome threads, shoutouts, and interactive events. Make everyone feel at home and valued. Simplifying the approach: Pinpoint your audience, ensure visibility, up the value, press the urgency button, and cultivate a welcoming environment. That’s the essence. If you’re looking for more insights or interested in teaming up, I’m just a message away. Till next time, keep building!

πŸ’° Free game by Hormozi's 1-day event
Retention - How to make clients stay longer on your Skool (Paid or free) 1. Weekly calls (3 times per week) 2. 1 value post/day (step-by-step guides work best) 3. New courses often (every 2 months) 4. 1 guest call/month (e.g., 7-figure expert explains..) 5. Lock some courses for certain member levels to keep them longer and engaged 6. Giveaways 7. Name your Zoom calls with the subject (e.g., How to maximize productivity - mini training before Q&A) 8. Grandfathering price - if a member joins when the price is $62/month and then the price goes to $125/month, they will think twice to leave because they will have to rejoin at the new price 9. After 1 month unlock this, after 2 months unlock this, after 3 this etc. (THIS FEATURE IS COMING SOON) 10. Onboarding calls (If you have too many members, do group onboarding calls) 11. Get the member a quick win in a month or even faster! 12. DM people that cancel with a funny gif, for example, and start a conversation with them to learn why and FIX IT. The more of those you implement into your groups, the faster the growth and retention will be! Hormozi's strategy with GymLaunch was - 5 Horsemen of retention: 1. Exit interviews (when someone tries to cancel, you or your team interview them to learn why - 50% of the people will go back into the program just because of that) 2. ReachOuts (You or your customer success reach out every 2-3 weeks showing that you care for them and their success) 3. Attendance (Someone that will cancel has a pattern - shows 3 times/week, then 2 times/week, then 1 and then cancel. So have a system in place when someone goes at the certain 'trigger' level ramp up the reach out) 4. Handwritten cards (Every month or so, send a handwritten card or something personal to them) 5. Member events (They can also bring friends for free so your clients eventually do lead generation for you. Do them every 6 weeks and on every event, announce the next one)

@Tommaso AntoniazziI don't have a big audience yet, but I'm funneling people in who aren't yet ready or aren't at the level they need to be in their business or brand to qualify for my high-ticket offer
Email Marketing.
hHow are you doing your email marketing? Does skool have a built-in email service? If not, i'm thinking about using ActiveCampaign. Is there a better alternative? Curious to know your thoughts!

@The Mind Supply I've never integrated ActiveCampaign with Skool. Since I have my funnel, emails, and bookings all set up in GHL, I've stuck with it and it works fine. If you decide to use it, just shoot me a DM or join my free community and you can grab the template from there
