I've just seen we have a new kid on the block at #1 on Skool Discovery 🙌 I love the branding - reminds me of some mystical martial arts computer game!

Next week I was going back for my 2nd trip to Necker Island to mastermind with Sir Richard Branson and my biz friends, but instead I am on another beach for my upcoming birthday and I just made an announcement to my free Skool group about some cool things I will be doing for them to celebrate from my beach house... ... and also let them know that we are having a big clear out too. Even though we are still small (almost 100), I want to get a core group of really fabulous members before we put the focus on growth. In my experience of running online communities once you have that core group of regulars who are bought-into the community culture, it makes things so much better for everyone months and even years down the line. So my crazy "off-piste" plan is to reduce the group size by 50% (maybe less, maybe more). Everyone who has raised their hand, or has already been adding value inside will stay. But we will remove anyone who is indicating that moving forward they won't be contributing, participating, or engaging. We are still accepting new members each day, but still are carefully vetting at the door. We are already (almost) in the top 300 of all Skool groups and I would like our group to become in the top 100 and a place that people say feels like a paid group it is so good. (We are already hearing people say it's the best free Skool group!) I want people who are excited to pop in everyday/week. NOT people we have to chase, or prod to speak/engage/show up. and I want experts who are making the moves to grow their sales online, not just those who say they want to create X figures but expect to do that via piecing together free tips from 50 different people. I have big plans for the group and how I can help them to collaborate and gain opportunties, but that will only happen if there are high-calibre and quality experts inside who believe in the power of relationships. I want the Funhouse to be the best and most supportive community of coaches, course creators and experts on Skool....

It may just be ‘my’ phone, but I’ve had to delete and reinstall my Skool app several times over the last few days. Either my phone is too full (it is quite full) Or there may be more of us with the same issue

Lately, I've been locked in. I'm acutely aware of what I'm doing, why I'm doing it, and how. The clarity I've gained by sitting alone at my desk, without distraction, can't be replicated. My best work is making itself present during this time. Are you focused? Are you working at your best? I'm at a point where I can't afford not to be. Once you have no choice but to make it, YOU GET IT DONE. My question to you all is.... Are you focused? If yes, then on what? If no, then why not?

@Nate Belmar the dojo master literally came out of the shadows, took over the Skool games leaderboard and destroyed the discovery ranks!! Insane growth and just shows how powerful personal branding is!!
