Just wanted to check in, I havenβt really been active the past few days. Iβve been in a bit of a funk and honestly just feeling off. I didnβt make it to the gym at all this week, and my whole body has just been out of sync.
I havenβt been tracking what Iβm eating either, but I have been trying to stay mindful with my portions, so Iβm holding onto that as a small win.
Iβm hoping to shake this feeling soon and get back into my groove. In the meantime, I just wanted to say I hope youβre all doing well and staying consistent in your own ways.
