Just wanted to check in, I haven’t really been active the past few days. I’ve been in a bit of a funk and honestly just feeling off. I didn’t make it to the gym at all this week, and my whole body has just been out of sync.
I haven’t been tracking what I’m eating either, but I have been trying to stay mindful with my portions, so I’m holding onto that as a small win.
I’m hoping to shake this feeling soon and get back into my groove. In the meantime, I just wanted to say I hope you’re all doing well and staying consistent in your own ways.
