I want to take a second to shout out Lena 🫡 She’s a busy mom, juggling real life like everyone else — kids, work, CHAOS, tired days — and somewhere along the way, she stopped making herself last. @Larry Ault personally when I go onto one of those days, I will drink a glass of room temp water first( this helps the gut, then eat my pasta. Again this is just my own preference and how I found to stop cravings.

I’ll try and take my lunch every day, but I need to grab easy food as I’m not very good at the meal prepping but today for the first time I actually meal prepped for a day and for dinner
