Highest priority goals - Reverse type 2 diabetes and come off medications - Lose 30lbs (doctor recommended in order to achieve the above goal) Detailed game plan on how you will achieve these goals - Keep detailed food log - Exercise at least 2x per week - Walk at least 8k daily - Clean and organize kitchen and pantry to make meal prepping easier - Reminder that practice makes permanent not perfection. How long you're giving yourself - 1 year I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes

@Valerie Frey it was still leftovers from take out with my parents. But healthier take out than I would normally get. Still had vegetables, meat, and rice. But I did prep my own snack box.

I am Cindy from Vancouver, Canada. My fitness goal is to lose 30-40 lbs. I have tried joining gyms, having personal trainers, but I have never found success. I’m hoping for the best heading into 2026. my death row meal would either be my mom’s home cooking or curry beef brisket from my favourite restaurant.
