A Message To Consultants: Things are Changing
This is a message for Consultants. Specifically someone who sells coaching or a course to help people solve their problems. In 2022 I: - Spent two days in LA with Sam Ovens (on track to become billionaire) - Spoke with Alex Hormozi ($200m/year portfolio) - Spoke (and worked) with MrBeast (130m subscribers) - Spoke with Cole Gordon ($2,000,000/month) - Met Bas Slot in Lisbon twice ($1,000,000/month) My conclusion after all of this was simple: This industry is changingโ€ฆ The smartest people have noticed, and are already taking advantage of this shift. Everyone else will be left behind. Watch these clips (5-10 mins) to spot the shift. - Clip from Sam Ovens - Tweet from Alex Hormozi - Another tweet from Alex Hormozi - Clip from Cole Gordon (making $2m/m+) - Clip from All In Podcast (all four are Billionaires) - Clip from Alex Hormozi Watch those clips before reading on. They're short. Here's how I see things changing: - Direct Response โ†’ Brand - Ads โ†’ Content - Selling โ†’ Giving And to me, this is a GREAT SHIFT. Thank fuck this industry is FINALLY maturing. It's no longer enough to have flashy marketing and great sales skills. You have to build a brand. Over the past few months Iโ€™ve hinted at this shift quite a few times, and how I've used it to make $100,000/month profit (and sometimes even $90,000 in a day). I've made a: - 33 minute Loom video explaining this new model - 21 minute Loom video explaining how I got 600,000 subscribers using this model - Free course explaining how to build a great community - Loom video I sent to Alex Hormozi about using trends to grow an audience when he asked me to help him grow his YouTube - Notion page explaining the lessons I learned about YouTube growth from speaking with MrBeast - Google Doc explaining the content system that grows your audience in just two hours per week

You invest in Skool ?
My take on: "Fake Entrepreneurship Epedemic" & Business of Supporting Entrepreneurs with Coffeezilla
This topic will be relevant to some synthesizers, or maybe relevant and controvercial to various members of Skool as a whole. But I'm interested in addressing it. It's a long post, I know, and I'm not offended if no one reads it. But I'm interested to see. Now, before getting started: โš ๏ธ ๐—ช๐—”๐—ฅ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ก๐—š โš ๏ธ / โš ๏ธ ๐—–๐—”๐—จ๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก โš ๏ธ I've linked to Coffeezilla, which -- even though I think it's totally fine to consume content from his channel-- his whole channel and this video in particular could install some negative mindset beliefs about entrepreneurship and your journey to become a synthesizer. I do recommend keeping perceptions of reality accurate (a theme of this post), but there are many perspectives to consider (many of which I do take on in this post). The gist of it is that attacks on ๐˜ด๐˜ค๐˜ข๐˜ฎ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ด and ๐˜ง๐˜ข๐˜ฌ๐˜ฆ ๐˜จ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ถ๐˜ด (and more often than not, but not 100% of the time, I agree with such takes -- while, admittedly, almost never disagreeing 100%) are typically, I think, very needed-- but the further you go down that rabbit hole could be discouraging. He mostly exposes darker sides of online business which could turn some people away from a successful career if you're not ready to hear it. I find the information to be empowering, and can choose which fundamental beliefs I accept and reject -- using the darker things he points out to gain a stronger understanding of the territory, as valuable information to inform my plans. Lastly, we should point out... ๐—ต๐—ฒ'๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—บ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ณ -- ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—น๐˜† ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—ฎ ๐˜€๐˜†๐—ป๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ฒ๐—ฟ -- so keep that context in mind. With that preface out of the way, here is the entrรฉe. +++++++++++++++++ ๐—ง๐—›๐—˜ ๐— ๐—”๐—œ๐—ก ๐—ง๐—ข๐—ฃ๐—œ๐—–: The link to Coffeezilla's video interview with Dr. Hartman is here and below (as usual on Skool). You may find it informative. I ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ผ ๐—ธ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐˜‡๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ฎ (whom I shall abbreviate as coffee, which I drank a lot of this morning, before writing):

@Tarik Jemlaoui interestingโ€ฆ
Do we need to specialize in a non-USย marketย ?
I was thinking about somethingโ€ฆ Specialize in BIG market vs SMALL market. Since USA has the 1st power world English and USD is the base of business. When a business is in English and niched down. It has the potential to scale to +300 million people in the United States and potentially other countries without changing the product or offer. After market penetration of the market, the next phase is scaling. People like Hormozi, Sam Ovens, Tai Lopez, ectโ€ฆ target mostly USA. I have an online business in the past that scale in France but the cost in time, money and energy to penetrate the marketโ€ฆ ๐Ÿฅต is so high that on scaling mode I donโ€™t have enough audience to maximize the return on investment. After advertising to 1M people without sell recurring revenue, I have market fatigue in my advertising and not enough cold people to market, so I need to rebuild the product or offer. I see the same thing happens with consulting accelerators, when Sam Ovens spend multiple millions in ads to sell the online course. At a certain level there are market fatigue and he switch to another program and product (wetube and skool) with the same audience (almost 1M people in mail list. I may be wrong, but if it was the case, he will still sell the consulting accelerator. Soโ€ฆ Come back to my main questionโ€ฆ Does this business strategy (1 product, 1 offer, 1 avatar, 1 business, 1 specialty) are useful in non-US country like France, Italy,ย Germanyย to build 100k profit per month?

@Vlad Freimann the think is people with big number use this as a proof to teach to other. How I made X in X. But for small market, you can have the same skill but not the same amount of revenue. Same effort, same risk, but return on investment will be lower. Butโ€ฆ huge avantage will be less competition for you.
