Brisk walk βœ… Water βœ… Greens βœ… Steps βœ… (2450 steps) I couldn’t post yesterday due to my busy routine. I completed around 2450 steps, but I couldn’t finish the remaining steps because I played badminton for an hour in the evening. Instead of more steps, I chose to stay active through badminton. I also added green vegetables in steamed form to my meals. I’m grateful for having the energy to stay active, even on a busy day.I’m grateful for finding enjoyable ways to move my body.I’m grateful for making healthy food choices.

Started my day with a 10-minute brisk walk πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸ’¨ After that, I drank 1 cup of warm water πŸ’§ For breakfast, I had yogurt with berries, nuts, and seeds πŸ₯£πŸ“πŸ« Light, healthy, and nourishing. After breakfast, I completed 2,300 steps πŸ‘£ πŸ’‘ Note: Don’t be confusedβ€”I'm in Australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί, so my breakfast is earlier than in Pakistan πŸ‡΅πŸ‡° due to the 6-hour time difference. Feeling good Alhamdulillah
