For breakfast, I had yogurt with berries, nuts, and seeds ๐Ÿฅฃ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿซ
Light, healthy, and nourishing.
After breakfast, I completed 2,300 steps ๐Ÿ‘ฃ
๐Ÿ’ก Note: Donโ€™t be confusedโ€”I'm in Australia ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ, so my breakfast is earlier than in Pakistan ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฐ due to the 6-hour time difference.
