Brisk walk ✅ Water ✅ Greens ✅ Steps ✅ (2450 steps)
I couldn’t post yesterday due to my busy routine. I completed around 2450 steps, but I couldn’t finish the remaining steps because I played badminton for an hour in the evening. Instead of more steps, I chose to stay active through badminton.
I also added green vegetables in steamed form to my meals.
I’m grateful for having the energy to stay active, even on a busy day.I’m grateful for finding enjoyable ways to move my body.I’m grateful for making healthy food choices.
