Started my day with a 10-minute brisk walk 🚶‍♀️💨
After that, I drank 1 cup of warm water 💧
For breakfast, I had yogurt with berries, nuts, and seeds 🥣🍓🫐
Light, healthy, and nourishing.
After breakfast, I completed 2,300 steps 👣
💡 Note: Don’t be confused—I'm in Australia 🇦🇺, so my breakfast is earlier than in Pakistan 🇵🇰 due to the 6-hour time difference.
