Bring Back the Bards
One of the things I think men in general are missing is the storytellers/bards that spoke about what it meant to be men. Everyone likes to complain that boys after not growing up to be men, but my generation and the millennials dropped the ball on teaching them that skill. For those that don't know Nick has a YouTube channel called The Fat Electrician. He tells stories about what a good man is supposed to be. And a good woman... and a good horse... and a good, duck? Spectacular!
In one of Sertain's videos he actually said that great infield footage would include the uncomfortable silences that will be present. As a recovering fill all silence with something, this guidance has been life changing! Sorry but this sounds like a load of bollocks! The problem with manipulation like this is that it is temporary! None of it fixes the scarcity mindset that makes you desperate to be with your ex. If you don't change your frame of mind and just learn the manipulation techniques she will give you attention until she puts you back in your place as her little bitch, and then she will ignore you again. Learn to walk away. Learn to not simp for her. Set boundaries and enforce them and you don't have to worry about begging for that one girl back.

@Jay Shah Why is this new to you.... "news" interviews have done this since reporting began. People don't care and won't pay attention to sane people talking. They need crazy to be able to engage with the story.
