@Erol Cetin Merhaba! Hoş Geldiniz! Warm greetings from another sailor.
The best laid plans of mice and men...
Day 4 didn't go to plan whatsoever. My husband needed surgery that evolved into a much more complex situation. So unfortunately, my lesson and day 4 was missed. However, I found myself often focusing on breath, on SONG, to relax, and let go. These tools gave aid a very difficult and stressful day. Day 5 may be difficult as well as tomorrow requires another early return to the hospital. But one day, one breath, one challenge at a time.
Day 3 went surprisingly fast
I found myself eager to begin this session today. Before: I was tight and feeling my shoulders and back. Going through the tutorials before my session I noticed that I loosened a little and appreciated the warmup After: I was definitely more relaxed. I came to a couple realizations that my feet seemed to be stronger and that there were times that I forgot to engage my legs in the moves. After discovering this, I embraced the full body engagement and settled in to the experience.
Focus on Song
Day 2 Before: Anxious, eager, mental whirlwind After: Calm, peace, focus Intention and focus on SONG. To let go. Breathe A lovely gift
Day one done!
Day 1 Before: Sore shoulders, tension, anxiety due to upcoming family surgeries After: Calm, relaxed, mental clarify, relaxed shoulders Loved the Fountain - I felt the image of water and light as I reached skyward! Very peaceful

Returning to Tai Chi after several years pause. Trying to slow down and enjoy life. Have been in "run, see', do mode" for several years.
