The weekly debrief
Good morning gents, A little later than planned, Mother’s Day (weekend) meant moving around a lot and very little time to jump on here but we move… Wins this week outside of training, I managed to lay laminate flooring and I’ll be honest with you, that shits a workout in itself. My body is in tatters Training only three times last week which although isn’t too bad, I had more in my diary, I just couldn’t get it in. I’ll take the shifting boxes and boxes of wood around as a workout though. A lesson in perseverance - as cliche as it sounds, good things take time… building strength, building routines, building a physique we’re proud and confident in. (Building a floor 😂). Eventually the consistency will click, your perseverance will reward you and book, just like that you’re there. Keep your head down, do the hard yards and before you know it… you’re done (for now). I want to hear your wins/work-ons and your weekly debrief team… Here’s to another week, Go well

The weekly debrief
Good morning Gents, Hope you’re all well and smashed this week. Some of you will know what the weekly debrief is already but for those that don’t; Take the end of the week to reflect on wins regardless of how big or small, plan next week and look at what you could do better. This is a great accountability tool. Here’s what I want you to do, send me your weekly debrief (DM ME), and post to the group your wins. Use this as a template if you want; How many session did you complete this week? What went well? What is the one win you want to highlight. here’s mine; 4 programmed sessions + and unexpected engine with some clients this morning. Wins; Finalised the next phase of the strong dads fitness club which is set to go live in a matter of weeks. Something I need to do better next week; Switch off. I’ve been wired 😂. Enjoy the weekend, Go well

Name - Brandon Where you're from - Buckingham Whats the one thing you want to achieve from your training/health/fitness in the next 3-6-9 months? I’m looking to tailor my training plan to work around my family life and other commitments. The way I trained in my late 20s isn’t going to work anymore. I’m looking for a smarter and more efficient way of training, Main focuses: Increase acceleration Develop strength Improve match conditioning Reduce injury risk Manage recovery And hopefully lose some of the flabby bits 🐷
