Take the end of the week to reflect on wins regardless of how big or small, plan next week and look at what you could do better. This is a great accountability tool.

Wins; Finalised the next phase of the strong dads fitness club which is set to go live in a matter of weeks.
Something I need to do better next week; Switch off. I’ve been wired 😂.
