Good morning gents, A little later than planned, Mother’s Day (weekend) meant moving around a lot and very little time to jump on here but we move… Wins this week outside of training, I managed to lay laminate flooring and I’ll be honest with you, that shits a workout in itself. My body is in tatters Training only three times last week which although isn’t too bad, I had more in my diary, I just couldn’t get it in. I’ll take the shifting boxes and boxes of wood around as a workout though. A lesson in perseverance - as cliche as it sounds, good things take time… building strength, building routines, building a physique we’re proud and confident in. (Building a floor 😂). Eventually the consistency will click, your perseverance will reward you and book, just like that you’re there. Keep your head down, do the hard yards and before you know it… you’re done (for now).
