START HERE — THE STRONG DADS STANDARD
This post defines what this Club is and how you can make the most of it. Read it properly before you do anything else. What this Club is The Strong Dads Fitness Club is a space for dads who are done guessing. This is where you build: - Structure and a system that allows you to progress physically and mentally - Consistency driven by accountability - Standards set by high - A way of training that fits real life This is not coaching, this is the club everything build from. This Club is not: - Personalised programming - 1:1 coaching - Form checks - Quick fixes If that’s what you’re looking for, this isn’t the right place by design. The Standard You don’t need perfect weeks here. You need honesty and consistency. The standard is: - Show up - Train with intent - Adapt when life kicks off - Do not disappear when things go sideways We don’t reset. We adjust and move forward. How to use the club properly: - Follow the weekly structure - Stick to the non-negotiables - Use the check-ins (especially when it’s messy) - Learn how to train with efficiency. Some of you will stay here for the long-term and grow along side this club. Some will move on to coaching when the time is right. Both are valid. Read this twice Everything else in this Club builds on this post. Go well. Sam

The weekly debrief
Good morning gents, A little later than planned, Mother’s Day (weekend) meant moving around a lot and very little time to jump on here but we move… Wins this week outside of training, I managed to lay laminate flooring and I’ll be honest with you, that shits a workout in itself. My body is in tatters Training only three times last week which although isn’t too bad, I had more in my diary, I just couldn’t get it in. I’ll take the shifting boxes and boxes of wood around as a workout though. A lesson in perseverance - as cliche as it sounds, good things take time… building strength, building routines, building a physique we’re proud and confident in. (Building a floor 😂). Eventually the consistency will click, your perseverance will reward you and book, just like that you’re there. Keep your head down, do the hard yards and before you know it… you’re done (for now). I want to hear your wins/work-ons and your weekly debrief team… Here’s to another week, Go well

The weekly debrief
Good morning Gents, Hope you’re all well and smashed this week. Some of you will know what the weekly debrief is already but for those that don’t; Take the end of the week to reflect on wins regardless of how big or small, plan next week and look at what you could do better. This is a great accountability tool. Here’s what I want you to do, send me your weekly debrief (DM ME), and post to the group your wins. Use this as a template if you want; How many session did you complete this week? What went well? What is the one win you want to highlight. here’s mine; 4 programmed sessions + and unexpected engine with some clients this morning. Wins; Finalised the next phase of the strong dads fitness club which is set to go live in a matter of weeks. Something I need to do better next week; Switch off. I’ve been wired 😂. Enjoy the weekend, Go well
