Whats the one thing you want to achieve from your training/health/fitness in the next 3-6-9 months?
I’m looking to tailor my training plan to work around my family life and other commitments. The way I trained in my late 20s isn’t going to work anymore. I’m looking for a smarter and more efficient way of training,
Main focuses:
Increase acceleration
Develop strength
Improve match conditioning
Reduce injury risk
Manage recovery
And hopefully lose some of the flabby bits 🐷
