Help me decide which Skool community to start. I've invested in real estate since 2005 and have built a multi-8-figure portfolio. I would love to see a relationship status option in the profile section. Example: single - engaged - married - widowed

I previously did this with Facebook. Im around $4-5 a lead. With Facebook groups I got a 40% join rate on average. I use a simple lead magnet and offer a bonus that is gated through skool. I will post more details after I get more data. I just turned the ads on last night.

Are we able to change the points required to level up? I want to make it where the user needs to post an introduction before getting access to a course. Is this possible?
