Iftar - 1 guava + 1 🥝 + 2 dates After iftar - ☕ with little sugar + some peanuts 🥜 Dinner - chicken khepsa .. i controlled my portion . Steps - ❌ couldn't go for walking. Fibre - ✅ guava Protein - sehri ✅ dinner ✅ ( I chose eggs and chicken) Water intake - 3 glasses till now (as I was fasting )
