Hello, Iβm Emery and I play soccer. I have been pretty active my whole life, I played a variety of sports when I was younger and I ran track from middle school to high school, but have always suffered from hip immobility, hamstring injuries, and just muscle tightness in general. I am 23 years old and want to feel better in my body and get stronger in those areas. I also recently started Capoeira and noticed again that my hips and hamstrings arenβt handling intense activity as well as I want to. I found Flex Theory, on Instagram probably over a year ago now and incorporated some of the exercises I saw in post into my workout routines, but I decided to join today so I could be more consistent and build a more effective training plan around my hips and hamstrings. Excited to be here and learn more!
