Happy Saturday!
Cooking up some filmed training in the Flex Lab. Gonna build and enhance the qualities of some muscle. What are you working on today?

This week I explored the new access I got at level 2. I returned to enter the straddle this morning And still retained the mobility resulting from last week's "subluxation "! I have to contain my excitement to still proceed with caution because of the Uncharted Territory that my my arthritis put me in. I learn a lot with each practice, and I am excited to feel safe in building the capacity to do more sessions per day
Enter the Straddle #7 is Live!
Session seven is live, challenging, and rewarding. I benefit every time I do this training, and I know that you will too. Set 45 minutes aside and be prepared for the wonder, beauty, and intensity that will provide you with exceptional payoffs to your body and skills.

Keep em coming coach. Sometimes I have to do a session more than once, but I'm working my way through them

I had to wait a couple days before posting this story to evaluate the results. I have severe hip arthritis that has limited my internal rotation for many years. During a "rolling" session of "enter the straddle". I felt something like a subluxation and a dramatic increase in my access to internal rotation of right ( more severely affected) leg. I was a bit scared at first because with no cartilage left in the joint, I wasn't sure what had actually occurred. However, this access to my "new" range of motion has remained stable over the last few days with no regression and no pain. My normal walking gait has improved dramatically. The attached picture shows the internal access range I now have! Super exciting! Thank you again , coach!
Pike's Peak #3 is Live❗️
#Pike Three is a continuation of a fantastic set of alternatives to Straddle work for those who cannot quite manage the straddle position, as well as those who completely can. The hamstring work here is uniquely challenging and developmentally wonderful, and I recommend this to everybody. By everybody, I mean all the people that you know and can bring here to get this goodness. Chop chop.

Yaay! I can do this one today! It helps if I alternate series to get a break from entering the straddle 🤣
The Cossack Connection: Cossack Development #3
#CD Three has been published. Thank you for your patience while I fought off viruses. They seem to be immune to kicking and striking in general, so I am not a fan. Not only was this one of the training session that I intended to produce nearly two weeks ago, it is precisely what my body needed to do today. I will remain on the student, coach, and researcher facets of FLE❌THEORY. I need to reap its benefits as much as I am driven to share it for yours. Flex Hard!
