Training Again
Got back into training again, the body feels good. Not going to lie, woke up really stroppy today. But I realised it's an opportunity to embody my message. Action solves everything. So here's what happened 1. Write down one thing I'm grateful for - change focus + change language + change physiology = raise state 2. Drink Water - Hydrate and get mental clarity 3. Shower - Freshen up, cleanse 4. Take client check in call - to bring the best out of clients, I bring my best self. It's my absolute duty and would be inauthentic to show up not as my best self while demanding the best for my clients. 5. Hit the gym - simple session to get the body moving. It doesn't move the needle in my long term goals but it gets me moving. Which makes the body and mind feel good. Quick pump.

Todays Workout
I haven't trained since Thanksgiving sometimes God Sidelines you between clients renovations lack of sleep I missed. Few days I felt like it was God Sidelining Me where ordinary my non negotiable mindset would have pushed me through it but this time I listened! I got after tho today 1A- 4 different band pull aparts 4-10 1B- ring rows 4-10 2A- Lat Pulldown 4-10 2B- Single arm hi pulls 4-8 3A- Chest supported rows 3-8 3B- KB Shrugs 3-12 4A face pulls 5-10 4B- bewhidr the back hi shrugs 3-10 Stretch SRAY BLESSED TEAM ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Basic discipline training day 25
Todayโ€™s task: 100 pushups for time Knocked 7 minutes off the time from the first week. Added in some pogo jumps. After 3.5 miles yesterday my knees are certainly feeling it, but I can tell they are getting stronger and more used to it. Ready to finish this 30 day program and branch into more strategic programming.
