Epic Qigong for Inner Power
I just published “Epic Qigong for Inner Power,” a DahnmuDo Qigong practice designed to help you reset your nervous system, calm your mind, and return to your natural resilience. Dahn means pure vital energy, red, and often is in reference to your lower dahnjon (2nd chakra). Mu translates to limitless, and references your middle dahnjon for emotional maturity (4th chakra). Do is the Tao, the way, and references your upper dahnjon (6th chakra). Dahn Mu Do translates to "the way to limitless energy" that when mastered helps your mind, body, heart, and spirit harmonize as one energy. Qigong has been one of my most reliable tools for staying grounded while leading through chaos. If you need a moment to breathe and reconnect, press play. Access a Dahnmudo Qigong playlist at the end of the video.

Walk with Me!
It's been wonderful to be off the socials for many months, basking in nature's brilliant yellow and bright red autumn leaves since Equinox as days grow darker. When a friend of mine had late stage cancer, she shared how by merely walking in nature 3x/week, changing nothing else about her routine, she was able to lower her blood pressure down significant levels. In Japan, doctors prescribe "forest bathing", the art of slowing down using all your senses, to connect with your surrounding environment more deeply. Studies show how slowly walking in nature reduces stress, improves mood, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, and boosts immune function. In short, nature heals. Rain or shine, by communing with nature's generous spirit, never judging, giving you good vibes, absorbing your stress, you too can benefit from even a few minutes. Enjoy the magic of Autumn of gently falling leaves in this video I made for you. (Not the best steady camera work but you'll get the jist!) Get outside this week! Then share a pic below of something beautiful you witness.

Thank you, Anna. I love to walk to and from work and use the parks to enjoy nature.
Fall Cleanse(Mojo Monday Challenge 9)
What if you could be rid of food cravings, comfort eating, and easily hydrate yourself? What would then be possible? I'm excited to be starting a 2 week fall cleanse where we only eat whole foods, fruits, and veggies then eliminate dairy, wheat, meat, alcohol, caffeine, and sugar. MOJO MONDAY WEEKLY CHALLENGE 9 Your challenge this week is to make 3 changes for the next 5 days is either eliminating 3 things from the list above, or adding in something healthy like eating more fruits and veggies. 1. Comment below what 3 changes you'll be making this week! 2. Then comment on 2 other people's posts. How'd last week go? Did you complete Mojo Monday Weekly Challenge 8? Let us know here on this post then comment on at least 2 other people's post. Shout out to @Kael Balizer, Ayurvedic doctor and EFT Practioner who leads a spring and fall cleanse for the last several years. She's a wonderful resource that we're lucky to have in our community!

@Margo Hammond Fun question! 5 or 6 in total, i guess. I start with two in the early morning with warm milk, because i enjoy that quiet moment a lot. I am also drinking tea more - tealeaves preferably, all kinds. Also pairing tea with food. It is a nice way of enjoying a drink when other people are enjoying alcohol or sodas. Or coffee. ;)

@Courtney Larkan apples and bananas are easy to carry around and my most easily obtained snacks as well.
Getting to know you - Share about your pets!
Do you have a pet? If yes - what might your pet say about you? If not, thought about it? what pet might you get? I do not currently, but have had wonderful dogs around m [I don't think I am home enough for a dog]. The emperor Tiglath Pilesur (our most recent wonderful dog, named by my husband) would have said I was great for lounging around with, but could have taken him out to play more.

Our daughter’s bichon is living with us, Fix (short for Idéfix). He is sensitive and friendly. I think he’d say he enjoys our walks and exploring nature with me. Perhaps he’d also say i am too often at work.

@Margo Hammond oh thank you for your reply! yes i agree he truly embodies his name, has stolen my heart from day one and besides also looks surreal to other people and to tiny children especially. 🫠
How many hours do you meditate per day?
What are your meditation habits? How consistent are you (ie. how many days/week) What's the difference in your life when you're meditating regularly or not? What has you stay motivated to meditate or not? What are your challenges/barriers to meditating consistently? Do you meditate guided or in silence? Also, comment if it's guided or in silence.

First thing in the morning preferably. Often guided. In the weekends and evenings, mostly introductions or courses ending in silence. 🧘🏻
