Monday Thoughts
I journal thoughts that give me pause, and elaborate once the initial ideas are written down. They feel like derived equations that allow me to manipulate and solve problems that I did not know I had, or I did not know I already had the solutions for. One of the beautiful things about math is, its rules of communication allow for the the initial query to be resolved. The discussion is the problem, and the pathway to the solutions sets are built in. That's how journaling feels. I find clearer understanding about what I already knew, and discover what I already had the potential to address. Every answer and realization is the next best step, and every step feels like the fulfillment of a piece of my purpose. 1) The purpose of a position is to gain access 2) The purpose of a transition is Range of Access 3) The purpose of tempo and intensity are to influence loading characteristic for tissue development along an access range 4) Purpose is the fulfillment of aligned intention, and gives context to movement. External imitation and hard work are not enough if context is missing. When the principles are lost in the noise of busyness, development's direction becomes translucent and outcomes are dramatically altered.

Your internal thoughts are so interesting, Andre. As one of your many students, I absorb your teachings not necessarily to change my physique, though that would be a plus. Following your lead feels regulating and quiets mental noise. I think my nervous system prioritizes regulation over analysis. Following commands becomes a form of surrender rather than learning by concept.

I’m grateful for all of you being a part of the last quarter of 2025 and making this community what it is. You’re here during the birth and infancy of our training on this platform. We are going to make 2026 and beyond extraordinarily powerful in concept and execution. New categories and style of training within existing categories will continue to be updated with challenges and modalities that produce new payoffs. My intention here is to take my lifetime of training knowledge, creativity, and engineering of principles both discovered and learned, and keep giving you the best of what I already know as well as what I am in the process of more fully knowing. I recognize that I was born to do what I am doing. This is one of my gifts in capability and communication, and I’m going to continue to increase my talents with a sense of duty and commitment. I want all of the repeatable positive outcomes for me, so that I can provide all of it for every last one of you. Help me get this community to a thriving 200 members. Upon reaching that stable number, the following will occurr: 1) Training Tiers will open up with new options 2) All existing members will be grandfathered into the highest tier, at no additional cost. 3) Live training, updates, and Q&A will be part of that tier. Live training will have multiple training option types over time. 4) Special training categories will open up 200 members is just the beginning. It is a tenth of a non-distant major milestone amongst others that must be achieved, and therefore shall be. I’ll also gamify the process of affiliate onboarding by awarding one-on-one recorded sessions to those whose links track the most new member per designated time period. Announcement coming soon, but counting starting today. That’s worth even more than the 40% commission gained from each new membership. Shout out to @David Jose Watson for getting things started.
