Last week I played back to back 5 setter league matches after the leg workout, and I didn't feel like collapsing after.

Yeah I feel like they are, the strength+conditioning seems to be paying off

medicine ball chest press sub?
Any recommendations for a sub on the medicine ball chest press superset? My gym doesn't have one currently. Side note - the air bike is way harder than I ever thought it would be.

Deadlifts
Who here has problems doing the deadlift, or Is maybe unsure how to do them properly?

For me personally, I had a physiotherapist recommend I stop doing them to help reduce low back pain, and now just rarely do light Romanian deadlifts (50lbs max)
