Update: 20-Minute Workouts
You'll see I've added 20-min alternative workouts for each workout in your program, to help serve as a substitute when you're tight on time (and would otherwise not do the workout). If you have any other questions, post them below and i'll answer them.

medicine ball chest press sub?
Any recommendations for a sub on the medicine ball chest press superset? My gym doesn't have one currently. Side note - the air bike is way harder than I ever thought it would be.

For me personally, I had a physiotherapist recommend I stop doing them to help reduce low back pain, and now just rarely do light Romanian deadlifts (50lbs max)

Hello fellow performance seekers. I play in the fort mcmurray club. My goal is to become competitive in the B division this season, and reduce the chances for injuries. One of my strengths is that I don't give up and chase everything down. One weakness would be that this stubbornness to not give up takes it's toll on the low back and elbow.
