Glute things
Hi Andre / everyone! I'm curious about what to do to target glutes. Ive been doing all the core series, straddle, back, squat, lunge, shoulders, knees, and moving into the Cossack transitions. I love it all. The only thing that sometimes feels a bit left out are my glutes. They do get hit under flex in deep straddle, but I'm wondering if there is something a bit more targetted in there somewhere that I could work on, or if there are a few specific videos I could go to. In my day to day, they feel a bit tighter than everything else now. I'm beginning to add some of my own stuff to compliment, but thought I'd reach out!
Gratitude
Just want to express my gratitude for this series. I'm finding it really, really good. Just week 2 now. I've been doing 3 sessions a week of straddle, squat, long lunge, shoulders, and back, spreading them out across two different sets. Just started with session 1 of each on week 1, now on week 2 alternating with the session 2 for each mixed with session 1. I intend to keep doing this, each week trying to new session in the series and alternating with the sessions prior and maybe dip back to some older ones when it feels right to do so. My straddle is already way better... Noob gains no doubt, but I suspect I've got a fair bit of that to go! It was all a bit rough initially, finding how to push out of the compromised positions and what not, but the nervous system seems to be figuring it out. Looking forward to adding in knees next. I'm finding volume and recovery appropriate so far! Awesome stuff. Keen to really keep this going, it was the big fat missing link in my system, and can feel how much it will bring to everything else.
Hello
My name is Vidak, i found Andre on my instagram and liked how mobile and explosive he is. Little bit about me, I started mma like a hobby, and now i want to compete, so i want to perfect my athleticism so i need to master middle and side splits. I’m also on my final year of medical studies.

Welcome!
Hi!
Hi all! Just arrived. Came through Threads. I'm a long time martial artist, though have just been solo training for many years now. Keen to add a lot more flexible strength to my routine and fix up my lower back and hips in particular. Keen to start the work.

@Andre Victorian awesome Andre, appreciate this a lot. How do you recommend progression structure work with respect to the series? Eg, I do GGBB 3x in a week, then move to session 2 if it's feeling appropriate? Is there a particular way to think about progression with respect to the series that you recommend?
