Integration integration Integration
Breathwork doesn’t end when the breathing stops. What happens after matters just as much. When you finish your breathwork session , slow down your pace, journal, chose silence for little longer , let the insights settle into your body. When we rush back into life, we interrupt the nervous system’s healing response. Slow down. Let it integrate. That’s where real change happens. Integration is where transformation actually happens. It’s not the most exciting part always, but it’s the most important one. If you keep doing the work but don’t let yourself integrate you are missing out, I can’t point out this enough. I have so many clients, friends doing the work but not integrating. Let it settle into your body. Journal your experience so you can go back and remember what it was showing you and how you can apply it into your life so you can embody it. Integration is you becoming. It’s where the magic unfolds. 🌺

Love this! Great reminder
🌟 confidence question that helped me few years ago
to anyone needing a fresh confidence boost to enjoy this new week, it goes like this!❤️ 👉 If you trusted yourself 10% more this week, would you stop trying to “perform calm” and instead practice this: pause, take one real breath, let the shake/awkwardness exist, and still speak, a little more slowly and un-rushed? What’s the one moment you’d try that in first (meeting, small talk, ordering coffee, setting a boundary)… and what do you think it would prove to you about who you actually are?

I use the term, 'pause before words' when I find myself jumping in to either offer "help" or being "reactive" to what others say. Definitely not perfect at it although the little mantra helps.
Stop Scrolling, This Is Your February Wake-Up Call
February has just started, and if we’re being honest, some of us are still carrying the same unfinished goals from January… quietly hoping this month will somehow feel different. But here’s the truth: A new month doesn’t create change new actions do. You don’t need a perfect plan. You don’t need more motivation. You just need to move, even if it’s messy, even if it’s small. So let me ask you something real: What’s one action you will commit to taking this week so that February doesn’t end the same way January did? Drop it in the comments Saying it out loud might be the first step to actually doing it.

I formed my breathwork business and made it official this morning! I recorded my first Breathwork, sound healing, tarot card pull for my YouTube Channel. Just need to edit it. I Start my master breathwork course this month. February will end much differently then January did. Although January was a great month for my other business. This is the year I rise!
Do you struggle with being seen?
This was the topic @Steven Jaggers and I dove into on today's live podcast. Being seen isn't just something we all desire, but something we all need to feel like we truly belong. The paradox is most of us do showcase all of ourselves to be seen out of fear of judgement, being misunderstood or being rejected. In this conversation we break this all apart and discuss different ways that we can expand our ability to be seen, but most importantly to be truly felt. If you missed the live podcast click the video below to watch the replay.

@Deanna Rose I have to ask how was the summit? I missed all 3 days sadly. Hoping the replays are still available. I'd love to know your thoughts on it

@Deanna Rose Thank you for your honest feedback greatly appreciated. I kind of suspected that may have been the case, I have done other live events with him and they usually are more pitching then useful material. Either way I'll check it out at least I can fast forward through a replay 😄Thanks for dropping the link, I don't have to go searching through the email pile.
Regulating yourself in a crazy world
What do you do to keep sane in this world today? How do you keep grounded? What do you do to let it go and swich your brain off from time to time? And how do you keep the agency and keep on living your lives amidst all this? I´ve been following the news / discussions constantly to get wtf is happening around us / to the humanity - and how could I be part of moving (back?) to sanity together. But it is hard. To not close eyes, but still keep your own head above water. At a time when empathy and seeing things too clearly can become an Achilles heel, but as a person who does not have the option of simply closing their eyes to everything.

Like others have said, I don't watch the news and when big things are happening I stay of socials. Not because I don't care, because it is so dysregulating and can take days to recover. Breathwork has been the number one thing I use regularly to stay grounded, I sometimes walk to the river and just sit with it, hug a tree literally. When I have more time in my day and none of that is working I break out the sound bowls and play those until I feel grounded.

@Megan Watson I told myself when I turn 45 I'm going to the beach, we'll that's come n gone. I declare this IS the year I will visit a beach. I bet a solo cruise was an amazing experience. Anything I do solo even just a walk is profound in some small way. Solo cruise though profound is probably an understatement.
