REPLAY: 11/26/25 - Somatic Exercise – Embody Relax with Dr. Samir Mujagic
Calling all VIP Tier Members! Missed it live? This session was for the part of you that’s tired, wired, or stuck in “winter mode” and doesn’t need a big emotional release, just a real reset.Through gentle activation and extended down-regulation, @Dr. Samir Mujagic guided the group to soften tension, clear stagnation, and land in a calm, grounded presence. Inside the session: 🔥 Two-Step Activation — belly → chest breathing (mouth in / mouth out) to open the ribcage, wake up the diaphragm, and bring warmth back into a tight torso. 🌬 Top-of-Breath Hold — guided inhale hold to feel inner strength, subtle tingling, and the “electricity” of life moving through the spine. 😮‍💨 4–7–8 Relaxation Rounds — nose in / mouth out with extended exhale, timed to music, to drop the nervous system into deep parasympathetic rest. 🪷 Stillness & Bottom Hold Integration — gentle exhale hold at empty, then soft natural breathing to anchor peace, spaciousness, and grounded clarity. Perfect if you’ve been feeling drained, tense, or overstimulated and want to feel both deeply relaxed and fully present without needing an intense cathartic journey. 👉 Watch the replay: HERE

Today I focused on being present and understanding skills I have to manage anxiety. These skills are tools to allow the rational brain to turn back on.

Love how you’re approaching this with awareness, building trust in your tools helps create space between the feeling and the reaction. That kind of self-understanding goes a long way.

Excited to have you in the mix! The journey gets even richer when we’re learning and growing alongside others. Grateful you’re here.
Let’s deepen our awareness together.
In somatic work, one of the most important daily practices is simply noticing noticing sensations, patterns, and the way the body carries our emotions before the mind even catches up.

Such a grounding reminder, tuning into the body’s cues before the mind assigns meaning, can be a subtle but transformative practice. It’s where true presence starts to build.
